This project involved a comprehensive interior refresh designed to modernize both the professional office environment and the industrial utility of the warehouse space at Depot Park.

Office Renovations

 

The office remodel focused on aesthetic updates and energy efficiency to create a more vibrant, productive workspace. Key upgrades included:

• Ceiling & Lighting: Installation of new acoustic ceiling tiles paired with energy-efficient LED light fixtures for improved brightness and reduced overhead costs.

• Flooring: Complete replacement of existing flooring with modern, durable materials.

​

• Finishings: A fresh coat of professional paint throughout the suite to revitalize the interior.

Warehouse Improvements

 

The warehouse portion of the project prioritized visibility and a "clean-slate" industrial look, ideal for logistics or manufacturing needs:

​

• High-Bay Lighting: Installation of new high-bay LED fixtures to ensure uniform, high-visibility lighting across the floor.

​

• White Box Painting: Walls were given a "white box" treatment, significantly brightening the space by increasing light reflectivity.

​

• Floor Maintenance: Professional concrete cleaning to remove debris and stains, ensuring a polished, move-in-ready surface.
