This project required a meticulous lifecycle approach—beginning with a total interior demolition and ending with a high-end, modern environment tailored for innovation.

The Challenge

Converting a massive footprint into a functional, sophisticated office requires more than just aesthetic updates. The project demanded a seamless integration of structural framing, energy-efficient infrastructure, and long-term durability standards to support a high-traffic professional workforce.

We utilized a design-build methodology to ensure every square foot met rigorous performance and aesthetic standards:

 

• Structural Precision: Executed full metal stud framing for private offices and collaborative zones.

• Performance Infrastructure: Installed high-efficiency LED lighting systems and premium acoustic ceiling treatments to exceed Title 24 energy standards.

• Moisture Mitigation: To guarantee the longevity of the premium carpet and finishes, we integrated Koester VAP moisture sealant technology. This critical step protects the flooring from sub-slab vapor, ensuring the facility remains pristine for years to come.
