Industrial Warehouse

This construction of a new 1,935 square foot Speculative Suite Office Space and restroom in was built in an existing 260,000 square foot warehouse.  The project included providing new 600 amp gear and power service to the space. Also included constructing a new 360 foot long separation wall to divide up the space for future tenants.
